The group hutch is a one-piece hutch, moulded from heavy gauge plastic, which is completely opaque, this means heat cannot penetrate the hutch. The rear door is a 3-in-1 door for bedding and ventilation. The group hutch has been designed with a larger height to suit larger calves. A front ridge and a rear rotary vent also ensure plenty of great airflow. Ten years warranty is supplied with the group hutch.,The fence system is design to suit housing 5-6 calves in a group – it allows for a reduction in disease transfer as groups are smaller. Again, it helps to develop social behaviours which would not be picked up if calfs were housed individually.
