MagnaBoard will not physically deteriorate, swell or expand when subject to water or moisture which gives it an advantage over more traditional substrates such as Gypsum and Plywood boards. It is stable, strong, light weight and easy to cut. MagnaBoard is A1 fire rated, non-flammable and non-combustable.
