Dulux Trade Blockfiller Plus is a water-based product, which is suitable for interior use on concrete walls and ceilings. Designed to fill surface imperfections in concrete block and poured concrete , to improve the appearance of the substrate. It can act as a finish or a primer for subsequent Dulux Trade finishes. Ideal where minimum downtime and efficiency is required.
