When it changes to dark red, the optimum temperature of 200 degrees Celsius has been reached, so it is ready for you to add your ingredients. The 4 layer non-stick Aeroglide Pro interior coating is 8x stronger compared to standard non-stick coating. It's free from PFOAs, lead and cadmium allowing you to cook healthy meals without harmful toxins. The frying pan has a Bonded Steel Induction ready base with ergonomic Softtex handle offering a comfortable grip and full manoeuvrability when cooking. It is suitable for all hobs, including induction hobs. It is also dishwasher friendly for low maintenance cleaning, although hand wash is recommended to maintain the quality finish.
